In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Where the context permits, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing one gender include all genders.

To open and maintain a bd9bed account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account. bd9bed reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. bd9bed is an adult-only platform and does not permit access to, or wagering by, any individual under the age of 18. 18+

2.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your bd9bed account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Document (NID) or valid passport, a current mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one bd9bed account. If bd9bed identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same NID — bd9bed reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed through those accounts, and withhold any bonus balances. Real-money deposits will be returned to the original payment source after investigation.

2.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at bd9bed's discretion at any other time, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This requires you to submit:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent issued within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash account).

bd9bed will process KYC submissions within 2 business days. Incomplete or unclear documents will be returned with a request for resubmission. Withdrawal requests remain on hold pending successful KYC completion.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility

The bd9bed Platform is intended for use by players located in and connected to Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws and regulations in their location. bd9bed makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction and disclaims liability for any player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is restricted or prohibited.

Your bd9bed account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.

3.1 Password and Login Security

You are required to keep your account password strictly confidential. bd9bed strongly recommends that you choose a password that is unique to your bd9bed account — not reused from any other online service — and that contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters of at least 10 characters in length. You should change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication

bd9bed offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for all player accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their Account Settings panel. bd9bed is not liable for unauthorised account access or resulting financial loss where a player has not enabled available security features.

3.3 Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your bd9bed account, you must notify bd9bed immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. bd9bed will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification, including temporary suspension of login access and payment processing. bd9bed is not liable for losses incurred before such notification is received.

3.4 Device and Session Security

You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access your bd9bed account is free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised remote access software. bd9bed recommends logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. bd9bed is not responsible for account compromise arising from insecure device use by the player.

All financial transactions on the bd9bed Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bd9bed supports a range of local payment methods to ensure fast, accessible transactions for players across Bangladesh.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd9bed currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of individual payment methods may change without prior notice. Players should check the Cashier section of their account for the current list of active methods.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to payment method provider limits and account tier. Standard accounts: ৳500,000 per day. VIP Platinum and above: higher limits available on request.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Standard accounts: ৳200,000 per day. VIP accounts receive elevated limits based on tier.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's bd9bed account within 60 seconds of a successful payment confirmation from the provider. Bank transfers may take up to 2 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If a deposit does not reflect after the expected processing time, the player should contact support with proof of payment.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. VIP Diamond and Prestige account holders receive priority processing with most withdrawals completing within 10 minutes. bd9bed does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

4.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

For fraud prevention purposes, bd9bed applies a same-method withdrawal policy. Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. In cases where the original deposit method is no longer available, the player must submit an alternative method request through customer support, accompanied by supporting KYC documentation.

4.6 Source of Funds

bd9bed reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player's account as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of the relevant funds pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on the bd9bed Platform are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific supplementary rules published in the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general and supplementary rules, the supplementary rules prevail for the specific market or game in question.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is deemed accepted and binding only when bd9bed's system generates a confirmed bet reference number and the corresponding stake is deducted from the player's real-money or bonus balance. Bets shown as "pending" are not yet accepted. bd9bed reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has started, bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, and bets placed by players whose accounts are under review.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet has been accepted and a reference number issued, the odds at which the bet was placed are locked and will not be changed. Pre-match odds are typically available until 5 minutes before scheduled event start. Live in-play odds fluctuate continuously and may be suspended at any time.

5.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. If an event is postponed and rescheduled to commence within 48 hours of the original start time, bd9bed may at its discretion maintain bets for the rescheduled event. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

5.4 Casino and Slots Game Rules

All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles powered by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. bd9bed provides these games on a pass-through basis from certified providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. bd9bed does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.5 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply on the Platform. Standard account holders are subject to a maximum payout of ৳5,000,000 per event. VIP tier holders receive elevated payout limits based on their tier level, with Prestige members having limits agreed individually with their account manager. These limits apply regardless of the odds or stake on the bet.

bd9bed offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms of each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters relating exclusively to that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits and free bets are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion details page. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bd9bed welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from credit date).

6.2 Eligible Games for Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake toward wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on void or drawn markets do not contribute to wagering completion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bd9bed employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including low-margin arbitrage wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts, and use of bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, bd9bed reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the player's account.

6.4 VIP Loyalty Programme

The bd9bed VIP programme advances players through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Prestige tiers based on cumulative wagering volume during rolling calendar periods. Each tier delivers specific benefits including enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, reduced wagering requirements on tier-specific promotions, and dedicated account management from Platinum tier onwards. bd9bed operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct on the Platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure with potential forfeiture of balances.

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's name, NID, or contact details, or submitting false KYC documents.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one bd9bed account, whether for personal use or on behalf of another person.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically placing bets on all outcomes of a market across multiple accounts or platforms in a way that guarantees profit through pricing errors or promotional credits.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on advance knowledge of a predetermined result, or in any way participating in match manipulation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering. Such actions will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant payment provider for investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or tournament format offered on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. bd9bed cooperates with relevant authorities and financial institutions in relation to suspected money laundering activity.

bd9bed uses a combination of automated risk systems and manual review to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bd9bed reserves the right to void affected bets, close the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and share relevant information with authorities or other platforms within applicable legal frameworks.

Either the player or bd9bed may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the terms set out in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your bd9bed account, you may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any open bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Uncompleted wagering requirements on bonus balances will result in the forfeiture of that bonus balance at closure.

8.2 bd9bed-Initiated Suspension

bd9bed may suspend a player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, where suspicious activity or fraud is detected, or where the account is under investigation for any reason. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. bd9bed will endeavour to notify the player of the suspension and the reason for it within 2 business days.

8.3 bd9bed-Initiated Permanent Closure

Following an investigation that confirms a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to identity fraud, multiple accounts, automated betting, or money laundering — bd9bed reserves the right to permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, the full balance may be forfeited. In cases where the breach does not involve fraud (for example, an eligibility issue identified in good faith), the real-money balance will be returned to the player.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 6 months. During self-exclusion, login is blocked and all marketing communications are halted.
